We require a copy of your fur-kid’s sterilisation certificate, latest vaccination record (one year validity from last vaccination) and a negative blood test result for FIV/FeLV by a registered veterinarian prior to check-in. We recommend that these documents be provided to us in advance, and that you bring your cat(s) to our premises some days prior to check in so that we can assess whether your cat is aggressive, or is amenable to being handled by us.
